What you buy

The Full Profile Audit is a one-time digital service for one specific profile: ₹499 for profiles with up to 300 posts, plus ₹2 for each additional post (up to 1,000 posts audited). The exact price is shown before you pay. It includes one content strategy and one free re-scan of the same profile within 30 days. A Content Strategy bought separately costs ₹199. Neither is a subscription and neither renews.

Delivery

The purchase is delivered instantly as credits in your MedComply account after successful payment. There is no physical shipping. If credits don't appear within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID.

Automatic credit restore

If a paid scan cannot be completed (for example the profile is private, doesn't exist, or a technical error occurs), your credit is restored automatically so you can use it again.

Refunds

• Unused credits: full refund if requested within [7] days of purchase and the credits have not been used.
• Failed delivery: full refund if you were charged but did not receive credits, or if a scan repeatedly fails for reasons on our side.
• Used credits: because the analysis is delivered immediately, used credits are not refundable, except where required by law.
• Duplicate payments are refunded in full.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay within [5–7] working days.

Cancellation

As a one-time purchase there is nothing to cancel. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.
