Questions doctors ask

Is a MedComply "Approved" result an NMC approval?

No. It's automated guidance based on the published guidelines. It is not an approval or certificate from the NMC or any State Medical Council, and it is not legal advice. You remain responsible for what you publish.

Which accounts can you scan?

Public Instagram profiles, YouTube channels and websites. Private accounts can't be read. For Facebook or LinkedIn, upload screenshots in the manual audit.

Do you store my images and videos?

No. Uploaded files are analysed and then discarded. Saved reports keep the captions, findings and small thumbnails so you can reopen them.

What if a paid scan fails?

If a Full Profile Audit can't be completed (for example, the profile is private or the link is wrong), your credit is restored automatically.

Does it understand Hindi and Marathi?

Yes. Captions and scripts in Hindi, Marathi, Hinglish and other Indian languages are reviewed in their original language.

Is this a subscription?

No. The free plan renews monthly. The Full Profile Audit is a one-time payment through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking).
