Terms of Service

Last updated: [DATE]

These terms govern your use of MedComply (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

MedComply reviews healthcare marketing content and public social-media profiles against the National Medical Commission's Guidelines on Ethical Advertising and Public Communication (Public Notice R-13014/01/2024-Ethics dated 06/10/2026), using automated rules and artificial intelligence, and helps you plan compliant content.

2. Not legal advice; not NMC approval

Results are automated guidance only. A passing score or "Approved" result is not an approval, certificate or clearance from the National Medical Commission, any State Medical Council or any authority, and it is not legal advice. AI analysis can miss issues or flag content incorrectly. You remain solely responsible for everything you or your agency publish (Clause 4.4 of the Guidelines). Consult a qualified professional for legal advice.

3. Your account

4. Free and paid features

Free accounts include one free profile preview and a limited number of content checks each month, as shown in the app. A Full Profile Audit is a one-time purchase for one specific profile, priced by its number of posts as shown before payment; it includes one content strategy and one free re-scan of the same profile within 30 days. Additional content strategies are purchased separately. An account may be used on one device at a time and must not be shared. Prices are in Indian Rupees and [INCLUSIVE OF / EXCLUSIVE OF] GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, overload or reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Third-party platforms

Profile scanning relies on publicly available data and third-party services (such as Instagram, YouTube and data providers). Their availability can change, and some accounts (for example private accounts) cannot be scanned.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for any regulatory action, penalty or loss arising from content you publish.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY], [STATE] have exclusive jurisdiction.
